Existing Survey

A measured survey is completed, which is built into a 3D computer model and a set of existing drawings for the client.

Feasibility Design

A set of sketch designs are created, ranging from conservative to 'out of the box'. This provides the client with ideas of what is possible...

Concept Design

Once a general design is reached at feasibility stage, a concept is built in 3D on the computer that is more considered and finalised.

Planning Submission

Once the design is finalised, we draw up all the required drawings for a planning submission. This will also include the final application to the council and any associated drawings.
